If you want to learn how to make goat milk soap, now is your chance to learn hands on. This class will include a demonstration of cold process soap making followed by your opportunity to try your skills in a supervised setting. You will have the choice of one fragrance or essential oil and one colorant (mica or clay). All ingredients and equipment will be supplied by us, including gloves and goggles. We only ask that you wear long sleeves, long pants and closed shoes to protect your skin from being burned by raw soap and lye. Also, please bring a towel to wrap your soap mold in for the ride home. If desired, you will have the opportunity to tour the farm and visit with some of our critters. Must be at least 14 years old to participate.
What you will take home: One loaf of goat milk soap (approx. 9 soaps worth $63) in a loaf mold (worth $10).
